The modern multifunctional warehouse is located in the developed industrial zone just 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road in the Istra district of the Moscow Region, between the high-speed M-9 “Baltiya” federal highway and the Volokolamskoe highway close to the Leshkovo village. The complex is equipped with an efficient system of ventilation and air-conditioning, including the warehouse premises
The functioning process of the complex envisages full waste control and filtering of all storm-water and sewage discharges, including runoffs from the building roof.
Total area of the complex is around 27 000 sq. m. of which 22 000 sq.m. are industrial warehouse premises and a total of 5 000 sq.m. are office premises and mezzanine.
