In 2004 Espro Group has finished its second office and warehouse complex – “Southern”. Its convenient location within the boundaries of the city, in direct proximity of Varshavskoe highway, MKAD, and “Yuzhnaya” metro station allows organizing quick delivery of goods to any place in Moscow.
The main building of the complex comprises 8 500 m2 of warehouse premises and 3 500 m2 of office space which situated in the mezzanine above the warehouse.
All of the premises in the complex were long term leased by the time of its commissioning. Such well-known companies as WeMaTec, A&D Russ and MOSALT Group are tenants of Southern complex.
Even though the complex is located not far from the metro, constant bus service is organized for the tenants. A canteen is functioning in the complex where the tenants’ employees and visitors of the complex can have lunch.
Servicing and maintenance of the complex is provided by Espro-Service company.
