In 2005 Espro Group of companies has built a new warehouse complex at 7 km distance from MKAD. The complex was named “Baltia” after the highway on which it is located (M9 – “Baltia”).
Its warehouse area occupies 24 500 m², the total area of office premises is 3 050 m². As all the warehouses built by Espro Group, by its technical characteristics “Baltia” warehouse complex corresponds to class “A”. For the convenience of the tenants a constant shuttle bus connection to the nearest metro stations has been organized; a canteen is also in operation at the complex.
IFC and “Raiffeisenbank” participated in the financing of the project.
In the third annual ceremony “Commercial Real Estate Awards 2006” “Baltia” warehouse complex received the award for the best project in the nomination “Warehouse Complex”.
