Espro Group will participate in the Vedomosti roundtable discussion

On May 21 Oleg Konovalov, the managing director of Espro Management will join the roundtable discussion: Commercial real estate management. What for are the tenants willing (not willing) to pay?  The event is initiated and organized by the Vedomosti newspaper. The report on the results of the roundtable discussion will appear in the monthly supplement The Walls of Business in June.

Istra logistic park has won the Golden Brick Award

Espro Group has rented the facilities of the Kulon-Pulkovo warehouse complex in St. Petersburg. The WeMaTec Group has become the new tenant of class A warehouse. The terms of the deal remain confidential.

It is for the secоnd time in the short history of Commercial Real Estate Moscow Awards, that Espro Development Project has won the Warehouse award. In 2006 the Baltia warehousing complex, located on the Novorizhskoe highway, 9 km from the Moscow Ring Road, headed the list of warehousing projects 2005.

For the sixth time Espro Group will participate in international commercial real estate exhibition MIPIM

For the sixth time Espro Group will participate in international commercial real estate exhibition MIPIM, which will take place in Cannes, France from the 10th till the 13th of March. For this time we’ll exhibit our current projects of office and warehouse complexes as well as a new project of nonstandard for Russia format – Sky City multifunctional complex, which will be located not far from Vnukovo airport. Espro Group is the first Russian developer, which has become the member of the international U.S Green Building Council

The U.S Green Building Council is a non-profit organization providing assessment and certification services of building design in terms of its influence on the environment and people’s health. Espro Group intends to put into action the USGBC’s initiatives in the field of ecological construction on the Russian market of commercial real estate.

October 30-31. Presentation of modern office and warehouse complex “Kulon Yugros” took place in Mineralnye Vody, Stavropol Region

The presentation was visited by federal and regional editions and TV channels, members of government bodies (mayor’s office and city administration), Stavropol Region business companies and federal consulting agencies such as Colliers Int., Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko, Jones Lang LaSalle, Knight Frank, CB Richard Ellis. Participants had a unique chance to visit the complex and to estimate the advantages of its location.
The second part of the presentation took place in the conference hall of Beshtau Hotel.
Vitaliy Antonov, General Director of “Espro Development” divulged the reasons of choosing this region and disclosed the investment calculations. “Espro” group of companies and British investment fund “Raven Russia Ltd.” announces the completion date of I phase of “Eastern” Industrial park

The I phase (113800 sq. m.) of “Eastern” Industrial park will be implemented by the end of QIV 2008. Companies interested in warehouse premises can rent new areas and start fitting out until the end of the year.
“Eastern” Industrial park is located within Noginsk town in Moscow region along the federal highway M-7 “Moscow – Nizhniy Novgorod” (44 km away from MKAD) between “first ring road” (so-called “betonka”) (4 km) and projected ZKAD (Central Ring Auto Road) (2-3 km).
British investment fund “Raven Russia Ltd.” acts like a partner and a co-investor of “Eastern” industrial park. Project’s budget evaluates in 147 million euros. HSH Nordbank is taking part in financing, signing the agreement of long-term credit for total sum of 100 million Euros.

Everything is ready to begin construction of a new office centre on the territory of the existing office & warehouse complex in 8th March Street

The building will be constructed in modern architecture style and will harmonically blend with the idea of the main complex. Setting the building in operation is planned for the 1st quarter of 2009.
