Espro Group placed new tenants in the Kulon Yugros office and warehouse complex. The lease agreements were signed with LLC Tekhnologia BT and и LLC Metalloplastika. For the time being about 40% of spaces have been leased in Kulon Yugros.

On June 30, 2011 Espro Group won the Commercial Real Estate Federal Awards in two nominations at once. The company received the Golden Brick as the 2011 best developer and the А-park project in Kaluga was declared the best industrial complex commissioned in 2010.

Within the partnership of the Espro Group and Kaluga Region Development Corporation the parties launched a new joint project V-park that will be situated in the territory of the Rosva Industrial park (the settlement of Rosva, the Kaluga region). At the first stage a production building is supposed to be constructed for the first project resident – Faurecia, a French company. A plant with the total area of 14,200 sq. m is planned to be erected on a 2.8 ha land plot. The estimated amount of investments in the project is about €9 mln. The scheduled deadline for the complex commissioning is the QII 2012. The project will be carried out on the built-to-suit principle, i.е. in accordance with the customer individual needs.

In April 2011 Espro Group obtained the authorization to commission the 1st stage of the «Kulon Yugros» office and warehouse complex situated in the city of Mineralnye Vody. The area of the commissioned premises is 27,200 sq. m. The budget of the first phase of the project is €9.8 mln.

In the first quarter of 2011 in the territory of A-Park industrial project whose developer is Espro Group a new plant of Visteon, car component supplier was commissioned. The total area of manufacturing and warehouse premises is about 2,500 sq. m, the project was implemented on the built-to-suit bases.

This year, for the 7th time in its history, Espro Group will participate in the MIPIM exhibition, to be held from March 16 – 19 in Cannes, France. We’ll be glad to see you at our stand 06.19 on level 01 of the Palais des Festivals.

Espro Group for the third time sponsored a junior tennis tournament “Cup of Zhukovka”
This annual tournament is traditionally arranged in the autumn at the Zhukovka Center at Ilyinskiy highway. It corresponds to the official federal Russian tennis tournament category. Boys and girls in 3 age categories: up to 10 years old, up to 12 years old and up to 14 years old compete for first three prize-winning places. This year, Marat Safin, well-known Russian tennis player, came to wish little athletes success and to award them. We congratulate the participants of the tournament and anticipate from them new victories!

On October the 29th as part of the 1st Green and Sustainable Real Estate Conference, organized by IM Events, Russia’s first prize for the ecological approach in development Green Perspective Awards 2009 was bestowed. 4 companies, including Espro Group, were pretending to the prize.
