In April 2011 Espro Group obtained the authorization to commission the 1st stage of the «Kulon Yugros» office and warehouse complex situated in the city of Mineralnye Vody. The area of the commissioned premises is 27,200 sq. m. The budget of the first phase of the project is €9.8 mln.
The first class “A” office and warehouse complex appeared in the Stavropol Territory
