“Espro Group” continues the implementation of the office and warehouse complex “Kulon-Yugros” in partnership with International Finance Corporation (IFC) and Black Sea Trade and Development Bank (BSTDB).
Within the framework of “Kulon-Yugros” project, Espro Group has attracted a long-term syndicated loan totaling 19.8 million euros. The loan agreement for financing the project was signed by ZAO “Kulon Yugros”, IFC and BSTDB.
