On July 16, within the implementation of «A-park» construction project, the ceremony dedicated to the beginning of the construction of production and storage facilities for auto parts manufacturers took place.
The main “A-park” project implementers are “Kaluga Region Development Corporation” and Espro group. The sites of 20 hectares total were reserved to implement this project. They plan to build 100 thousand square meters of production, storage and office facilities. The total investment volume will be 100 million Euro. The project deadline is 2012.
Moreover, “A-park” project is a unique project on the Russian territory. To this day, there is no production complexes built as parts of industrial parks in Russia. We think it will be good for Kaluga residents to know that more than a thousand jobs will be created in the mini-park.
